Key Responsibilities
- →Provide first-line support for business users: troubleshooting, access, and guidance
- →Maintain and update reports connected to the platform
- →Create and maintain user documentation, FAQs, and training materials
- →Deliver training sessions and communication about new features or updates
- →Collect feedback from business users and channel it to technical teams
- →Collaborate with engineers on minor fixes, monitoring, and incident resolution
- →Ensure user adoption and act as an advocate for platform usability
