About the Role
We are looking for a Cloud Architect to join our Unified Support Organisation. This role involves providing technical expertise, designing cloud services, and driving operational excellence within the CCOE – Cloud Architect team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide 3rd line support to Unified Support Service Operation teams
- →Integrate new cloud services into the organization's portfolio, focusing on IFS Cloud and IFS.ai
- →Plan, coordinate, and supervise activities related to the integration of enterprise information systems
- →Continuously improve services to enhance knowledge, training, documentation, and tooling for the Unified Support organisation
- →Support highly-complex customer escalations when required
- →Work closely with R&D to coordinate and deliver against requirements defined in the Go-To-Operations (GTO) process
- →Collaborate with the Cloud Security Operations Center (CSOC) team to implement new Azure Secure Score recommendations
- →Drive future platform improvements using initiative
- →Review platform costs and identify optimization opportunities
- →Identify knowledge gaps and provide KBAs and KT sessions to support development
Requirements
- ✓In-depth technical expertise in cloud architecture and design
- ✓Experience with Azure platform and secure score recommendations
- ✓Strong understanding of integration architecture and enterprise information systems
- ✓Ability to provide 3rd line support and handle complex customer escalations
- ✓Experience with operational processes and automation
- ✓Excellent communication and knowledge transfer skills
- ✓Proven ability to drive platform improvements and cost optimization
