About the Role

We are looking for a Global Director, Presales Product to join IFS North America, Inc. This role focuses on designing systems to improve how IFS solutions are positioned and delivered to support customer business process improvement across project, asset, and manufacturing-intensive industries.

Key Responsibilities

→Design systems to improve how IFS solutions are positioned and delivered
→Analyze customer and industry requirements to shape solution messaging
→Oversee scalable demo platforms and tools that standardize best practices globally
→Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure solution strategies are aligned
→Lead and support U.S. business/solution architect teams on applying IFS capabilities
→Evaluate and adopt technologies, including AI tools, to enhance presales process efficiency

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
✓5 years’ experience in enterprise solution consulting
✓Experience leading solution design efforts for strategic opportunities in multiple industries
✓Functional expertise across ERP, EAM, and FSM systems
✓Criminal and driving checks required
