About the Role
We are seeking an Agile Delivery Facilitator to help high-performing teams implement agile principles and improve their delivery processes. This role involves removing impediments, facilitating agile ceremonies, and coaching teams to achieve predictable execution and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- →Facilitate core agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- →Ensure sprint goals are clear, achievable, and aligned to product priorities
- →Support teams in breaking down work into well-defined, value-focused increments
- →Track and improve delivery predictability, flow, and team velocity
- →Identify, escalate, and help resolve impediments that impact delivery timelines or quality
- →Proactively manage cross-team dependencies and risks
- →Coach teams in agile principles, frameworks, and best practices
- →Foster a culture of inspection and adaptation through effective retrospectives
- →Partner closely with Product Owners and delivery leads to ensure backlog clarity and prioritisation
- →Ensure adherence to agreed delivery processes, quality standards, and release discipline
Requirements
