About the Role
We are looking for a professional to lead solution design workshops with banking clients and build strategic partnerships with financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead solution design workshops with banking clients, independently managing key design aspects
- →Build and maintain strategic partnerships with financial institutions, technology vendors, and industry associations
- →Manage client relationships through regular touchpoints (virtual and on-site meetings)
- →Collaborate with internal teams and banking partners to enhance and support Kyriba's banking channel through practical insights
- →Configure and test Kyriba solutions across multiple modules in client environments
- →Provide expert guidance during user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live preparation, and production support
- →Ensure timely delivery of all project milestones using dashboards and project management tools
- →Design and implement workflows for various functional and technical modules
- →Work with clients on connectivity solutions including SAP, Oracle, host-to-host, APIs, and ERP integrations
- →Design and deliver customized training programs focused on banking channel functionality
- →Create tailored training agendas based on client needs and use cases
- →Develop and maintain documentation and enablement materials for internal teams and external partners
- →Obtain and maintain Kyriba certifications across functional and technical modules, including advanced certifications.
