About the Role
The IFS Site Reliability Engineer role is part of the global Unified Support organization, specifically within the EURA Restricted Access Team. This position handles multiple aspects of incident, service request, problem, and change management, working with various internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage an incoming queue of cases, incidents, and service requests within SLA and KPI targets
- →Support the event management team in enhancing event processes and tools
- →Perform triage to assess and route incoming incidents and service requests
- →Work with other Service Center functions and stakeholders to resolve complex incidents
- →Create and update SOPs, FAQs, and other documentation
- →Provide initial RCA for long, complex, or major incidents
- →Support problem management team in post-mortems and corrective actions
- →Resolve non-standard requests
- →Provide feedback to improve service request processes
- →Support automation team in creating and enhancing tooling
- →Perform operational items within the service transition process
- →Work with other functions to produce internal and customer reports
- →Comply with IFS policies and fulfill tasks assigned by the Operations Manager
Requirements
