About the Role

The Sitecore Product Support team provides assistance in solving complex technical challenges for Sitecore Partners and Customers, contributing to successful implementations of Sitecore projects. Software Engineers investigate real-life usage of Sitecore products, troubleshoot complex problems, and develop patches and code examples.

Key Responsibilities

• →Investigate real-life usage of Sitecore Experience Platform, Experience Manager Cloud, Content Hub, and other Sitecore products
• →Troubleshoot complex technical problems
• →Develop patches and code examples
• →Communicate with Certified Sitecore Developers worldwide
• →Participate in online meetings for complex projects
• →Contribute to the development of Sitecore products
• →Develop and maintain own modules and applications
• →Participate in 24x7x365 shift coverage rotation, including late hours and weekends
