YOUR IMPACT: - Act as the primary finance partner to Sales leaders across Field Sales, Channel, and Customer Experience. - Own annual planning, quarterly forecasting, monthly close processes for Sales OPEX and related financials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Translate financial results and trends into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve spend efficiency while supporting revenue and customer outcomes. - Partner with Sales and Operations to align headcount, program spend, and productivity assumptions. Track performance against plan and proactively identify risks and opportunities. - Partner cross functionally to continuously streamline workflows and improve forecasting accuracy. YOUR TOOLKIT: This role operates across multiple concurrent workstreams with frequent prioritization shifts. Success requires strong self-management, responsiveness, and the ability to keep work moving independently while maintaining accuracy and control discipline. - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, accounting or related field. - 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience supporting the Sales organization in growing SaaS companies. - Demonstrated experience driving process improvements, automation initiatives, and managing complex accounting projects. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively working cross-functionally. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including advanced Excel skills, financial forecasting systems (Adaptive experience a strong plus) and mainstream ERP systems (NetSuite experience a plus). - Working knowledge of Salesforce.com [Upgrade to PRO to see link] reporting. #LI-OM1 #LI-ONSITE Our Commitment Illumio believes that an environment of unique backgrounds, experiences, viewpoints, and individual contributions creates a culture of belonging, drives our future, and makes us stronger together in support of our customers and their success.
