$81,600 - $110,400 /year

Key Responsibilities
- →Maintain regular, professional contact with client representatives to foster strong relationships
- →Research and resolve client issues and requests in a timely manner
- →Conduct reviews and provide guidance on compliance matters
- →Interface with clients, vendors, and associates to solve problems related to employee benefit programs
- →Participate in client and prospect meetings, and assist in preparing materials
- →Oversee new vendor/carrier implementations and manage renewal processes
- →Train clients on technology and resources available
- →Create member-facing collateral to promote benefit program features
- →Lead in-person, virtual, and telephonic sessions to provide information to participants
- →Mentor and train other Account Managers
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent job experience
- ✓5 or more years of relevant experience
- ✓State life and health license in accordance with IMA standards
- ✓Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel)
- ✓Ability to work in agency/client management systems and related software
- ✓Excellent interpersonal communication skills – written and oral
- ✓Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- ✓Ability to present information in group settings
- ✓Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- ✓High degree of diplomacy and tact while maintaining confidentiality
- ✓Some travel required
