About the Role
We are looking for an experienced freelance recruiter to join IMC for a 6-month maternity leave cover. This role focuses on Business Operations hiring across Legal, Compliance, Tax, Finance, HR and Payroll functions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage end-to-end recruitment across Business Operations
- →Partner with hiring managers to define role scopes and priorities
- →Develop targeted sourcing and market mapping strategies
- →Identify pipeline risks and adjust recruitment approach
- →Ensure a high-quality candidate experience
- →Collaborate with HR and Compensation stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience
- ✓Strong stakeholder management skills
- ✓Proven experience sourcing high-quality professionals
- ✓Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- ✓Experience working with Greenhouse (ATS) preferred
- ✓Experience using data to improve hiring processes is a plus
