About the Role
We are seeking a Global Learning & Development Program Manager to lead IMC’s global learning portfolio. This role involves designing, governing, and executing learning programs that align with business strategy and build leadership capability across regions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and evolve IMC’s global L&D portfolio, ensuring programs align with business strategy
- →Optimize and manage operations of global L&D programs, including needs analysis and vendor relationships
- →Drive cross-regional execution, managing timelines and dependencies
- →Oversee vendors and internal partners for high-quality delivery
- →Use data and feedback to refine and scale learning solutions
- →Execute with strong project management skills, monitoring work plans and milestones
- →Ensure policies and guidelines are followed, managing exceptions and escalations
- →Contribute to additional HR and IMC initiatives
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's Degree; Minimum 5+ years of experience in L&D or program leadership
- ✓Experience managing complex, multi-regional programs in a high-growth environment
- ✓Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- ✓Solid grounding in adult learning principles and instructional design
- ✓Exceptional project management and execution discipline
- ✓Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action
- ✓Track record of designing and delivering learning programs with measurable results
- ✓Experience managing multiple, concurrent, complex work streams
- ✓Excellent communication skills in person, virtually, and in writing
- ✓Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- ✓Critical thinking skills to identify interdependencies
- ✓Ability to produce quality deliverables and communicate insights effectively
- ✓This role requires 25%-30% international travel.
