About the Role
Imprint is looking for a Product Operations leader who blends product marketing instincts with strong operational execution. This person will help showcase and scale existing product suite, and coordinate across product teams to develop and launch new products that solve real partner and consumer problems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with Growth, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to coordinate launches and ongoing product improvements.
- →Package and tell the story of Imprint’s existing products by creating crisp product narratives, positioning, and enablement materials.
- →Identify operational gaps that slow down product development or adoption, then build lightweight systems to fix them.
- →Track adoption, partner feedback, and internal execution signals, then recommend improvements.
Requirements
- ✓Experience operating cross-functionally with Growth, Product, and Engineering
- ✓Strong communication and narrative skills to translate product capabilities into clear partner and consumer value
- ✓Strong program and stakeholder management skills to align multiple teams without formal authority
- ✓High ownership and comfort in ambiguity to build structure where none exists
- ✓Creative and flexible thinking to evaluate tradeoffs and design pragmatic, high-leverage paths forward
