About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Production Developer to join our team. This hands-on role focuses on producing and executing custom communications across email, SMS, push notifications, and direct mail channels. You will build templates, configure journeys, implement dynamic content, and ensure campaigns are delivered with accuracy and speed.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build responsive email templates and modules using HTML, CSS, and Liquid for personalization
- →Configure and support email, SMS, push notifications, and direct mail assets across marketing channels
- →Set up and update journeys, automation paths, and triggered workflows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- →Create and maintain Data Extensions with correct field structures for personalization
- →Translate scoped requests into full builds for client-specific, co-branded, and custom needs
- →Perform rigorous QA on dynamic fields, personalization logic, rendering, and cross-channel consistency
- →Support future-state migration work in Braze through template rebuilds and component updates
- →Manage tasks and deadlines via Asana with clear communication about timelines and requirements
- →Maintain documentation, reusable components, and build standards to improve quality and efficiency
- →Collaborate with Creative to ensure assets align with brand and channel specifications
- →Collaborate with the broader development team to maintain consistency in build standards and workflows
- →Collaborate with Analytics and SFMC architect to confirm required fields and personalization logic
Requirements
- ✓3–5+ years of experience in email development, marketing production, or marketing technology execution
- ✓Advanced proficiency in HTML/CSS for responsive email development
- ✓Hands-on proficiency with Liquid for dynamic content and personalization logic
- ✓Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio)
- ✓Strong attention to detail with a rigorous QA mindset
- ✓Ability to manage multiple concurrent requests with accuracy and timeliness
- ✓Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
