About the Role
We are looking for a Staff Product Designer to join Included Health, where you'll champion visual design excellence and ensure a compelling user experience across our healthcare products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Set the bar for visual design across products and services, defining what great looks like
- →Educate and inspire teams on how strong visual design builds member trust
- →Lead critiques, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to grow the team's visual design craft
- →Audit and refine existing experiences to align with visual design best practices
- →Lead product experiments and iterations using data and insights
- →Explore new ways to support members and clinical teams through digital interactions
- →Stay ahead of industry trends and explore emerging technologies to enhance visual excellence
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of experience as a visual product designer
- ✓At least 3 years focused on design systems that have been successfully implemented
- ✓Exceptional visual and interaction design skills with a strong portfolio
- ✓Strong collaboration skills with engineers
- ✓Strategic mindset to define and execute a long-term vision for design systems
- ✓Proactive and self-guided with excellent communication skills
- ✓Bonus: Experience in healthcare, enterprise, or complex product ecosystems
- ✓Bonus: Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, React)
