About the Role
We are looking for a Chief of Staff to join our rapidly scaling global team at Incode, a Series B unicorn company ($1.25 B valuation) that provides world-class identity solutions. This role will act as the right hand to our VP of Strategic Finance, supporting Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, and Finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the VP of Strategic Finance in managing priorities, scheduling, and team alignment
- →Prepare and review key materials such as reports, pre-reads, presentations, and financial dashboards
- →Analyze data and business performance to generate insights that drive decision-making
- →Coordinate strategic initiatives across teams, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- →Organize and maintain structured documentation and knowledge sharing
- →Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain high professional standards
- →Provide occasional personal and logistical support to the VP to optimize focus and efficiency
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- ✓2-3 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, finance, or a similar analytical role
- ✓Strong command of Excel
- ✓Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
- ✓Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- ✓Proactive, adaptable, and eager to take ownership of diverse projects
