About the Role
We are looking for a Bilingual Product Operations Manager to oversee the profitable movement of goods throughout the product life cycle. This role involves leading a team to ensure efficient product flow and visual merchandising, while also fostering a positive store culture.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and motivate a team to ensure operational excellence and the profitable movement of goods
- →Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of product flow processes by analyzing sales performance and creating action plans
- →Partner on visual merchandising assessments and create action plans
- →Lead changeover processes and partner with General Manager on merchandising initiatives
- →Lead all visual and door to floor operations, manage Back of House areas, and oversee promotional set-ups
- →Act as an advocate for the customer in all decision-making processes
- →Embrace technology that creates high tech and high touch solutions for customers
- →Identify and anticipate customer expectations and needs
- →Open and close store and manage sales floor
- →Lead the store’s joint health and safety committee
Requirements
