About the Role
IEM is seeking an Operations Manager to lead end-to-end production value stream management, driving operational performance and continuous improvement. This role will oversee key performance indicators and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own, monitor, and drive improvement in KPIs including on-time delivery, first-pass yield, and cost efficiency
- →Oversee daily production activities ensuring work is executed safely and efficiently
- →Manage and develop a cross-functional team including production, quality, materials, and maintenance
- →Partner with Production Planning and Materials teams to align demand with capacity
- →Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for operational issues
- →Champion Lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and drive efficiency
- →Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues
- →Ensure adherence to safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- ✓Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field
- ✓Minimum Required: 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing leadership
- ✓Proven track record of improving KPIs
- ✓Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher) preferred
- ✓Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- ✓APICS, CPIM, or other supply chain-related certification is a plus
- ✓Leadership and team development skills
- ✓Data-driven problem-solving abilities
- ✓Process optimization experience
- ✓Effective communication skills
- ✓Technical proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, Tableau, and Microsoft Office
