About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst / Data professional to join our team. This role involves business analysis, functional solution definition, and qualification phases.

Key Responsibilities

→Conduct and facilitate workshops to clarify requirements with business and operational teams.
→Collect, analyze, and formalize functional needs (processes, business rules, use cases).
→Develop and present solutions proposals that address expressed needs.
→Write detailed functional specifications (SFD) and analysis documents (processes, data models, business rules).
→Participate in functional architecture decisions with technical teams.
→Identify functional impacts on existing systems.
→Contribute to solution costing: workload, complexity, scope.
→Help with planning of batches and prioritization of the backlog.
→Define functional testing strategy (functional qualification).
→Write test cases, data sets, and scenarios.
→Perform or supervise qualification tests and participate in validation of fixes.
→Support user acceptance testing (UAT) until production deployment.
→Participate in analysis of functional anomalies.
→Ensure communication between Production, Support, and Development teams.
→Contribute to continuous improvement of processes.

Requirements

✓Experience in business analysis and functional solution definition.
✓Knowledge of Java, SpringBoot, SpringBatch, Angular, CFT, API REST, AWS S3.
✓Ability to conduct workshops and clarify requirements with business teams.
✓Strong analytical skills to formalize functional needs.
✓Experience in writing functional specifications and analysis documents.
✓Understanding of functional architecture decisions.
✓Ability to identify functional impacts on existing systems.
✓Experience in solution costing and planning.
✓Knowledge of functional testing strategies and test case writing.
✓Experience in performing or supervising qualification tests.
✓Ability to support user acceptance testing and production deployment.
✓Experience in analyzing functional anomalies and improving processes.
