About the Role
We are looking for a confirmed Business Analyst to strengthen the team responsible for the Maintenance in Operational Condition (MCO) and the processing of functional evolutions within an ERP business application.
Key Responsibilities
- βTake charge of and analyze incident tickets on the assigned application perimeter.
- βEnsure complete processing of anomalies (qualification, analysis, simple corrections).
- βGuarantee the quality of exchanges and compliance with operational commitments.
- βPerform detailed functional analyses to identify the cause of incidents.
- βPerform corrective actions in SQL (reads, controls, supervised updates).
- βDocument investigations and feed the knowledge base.
- βContribute to the handling of evolution requests.
- βParticipate in the formalization of user needs and the drafting of specifications.
- βFollow the implementation until acceptance.
- βBe physically present on the client site as needed (workshops, meetings, follow-up).
- βEnsure an interface role between internal teams and business stakeholders.
