About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team for an ERP application maintenance and evolution project. This role involves supporting the Maintenance in Operational Condition (MCO) team and handling functional evolutions.
Key Responsibilities
- βTake charge of and analyze incident tickets for the assigned application perimeter
- βEnsure complete processing of anomalies (qualification, analysis, simple corrections)
- βGuarantee the quality of exchanges and compliance with operational commitments
- βPerform detailed functional analyses to identify incident causes
- βExecute corrective actions in SQL (reads, controls, supervised updates)
- βDocument investigations and update the knowledge base
- βContribute to handling evolution requests
- βParticipate in formalizing user needs and writing specifications
- βFollow implementation until acceptance testing
- βBe physically present at client site as needed (workshops, meetings, follow-up)
- βServe as an interface between internal teams and business stakeholders
Requirements
