About the Role

We are looking for an Application Security Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring the security compliance of applications in production and driving the remediation process for identified vulnerabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• →Regularly analyze the security compliance of applications in production
• →Address vulnerabilities by driving and monitoring the remediation process
• →Create and update security procedures and guidelines
• →Collaborate with internal teams to promote good practices in application security
• →Supervise the execution of regular scans using tools like Qualys and Bitsight
• →Monitor threat intelligence feeds and security advisories
• →Evaluate vulnerabilities based on severity and potential impact
• →Collaborate with IT, development, and security teams to patch or mitigate vulnerabilities
• →Ensure accurate and up-to-date data on relevant ticketing and reporting tools
• →Generate reports and KPIs for stakeholders
• →Ensure compliance with standards like ISO 27001 and NIST
• →Refine vulnerability management processes based on lessons learned
• →Work on automation scripts using Powershell and Python
