About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated IAM Consultant to join our team and support critical identity and access operations for clients in the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage user and e-banking accounts, access rights, and roles in line with established policies and procedures.
- →Assist in provisioning and deprovisioning access to systems, applications, and resources.
- →Conduct regular access reviews to ensure compliance with security standards.
- →Respond to and resolve identity and access management issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- →Ensure access requests are processed accurately and within contractual deadlines.
- →Perform password resets and provide first-line support via phone.
- →Participate in weekend and holiday standby rotations as required.
