About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Engineer to manage and optimize our testing environments. This role involves executing operational plans, handling requests, and participating in incident management.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute the test operation plan across various environments, focusing on performance aspects
- →Process operational work requests for non-production environments (testing, pre-production, etc.)
- →Participate in managing operational incidents/delivery issues, including handling Jira tickets, analysis, program/process restarts, and communication with project/business teams
- →Develop, test, and deploy new operational procedures using Shell under Linux, and maintain associated documentation
- →Adapt and request evolution of scheduler chains
- →Contribute to automation and industrialization efforts around environments and delivery processes
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Shell scripting under Linux
- ✓Familiarity with Jira for ticket management
- ✓Knowledge of operational incident handling processes
- ✓Ability to develop and maintain operational documentation
- ✓Understanding of scheduling systems and automation techniques
