Key Responsibilities
- →Leads all budgeting and forecasting processes for Operations management.
- →Maintains and assures alignment of referential data with the Operations structure.
- →Monitors and analyzes monthly headcount and expense reports, comparing actuals to forecasts and budgets.
- →Oversees the annual allocation key exercises, manages the reinvoicing process, collaborates with other teams to define and verify monthly accruals and provides critical information and analysis to assist the Senior Management in decision-making.
