About the Role
We are looking for a ServiceNow Platform Developer to join our Global Tooling teams. This role involves contributing to the evolution of our platform, integration of new modules, and automation of IT processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Contribute to the evolution of our platform, integration of new modules, new projects, automation, Artificial Intelligence, upgrade of the platform and interconnection with other ITSM
- →Actively participate in major development projects of the platform
- →Develop and customize using Workflow Designer, Flow Designer, JavaScript and Data Querying
- →Contribute to evolution of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, SPM, CSM, TPSM, …)
- →Contribute to version upgrades
- →Contribute to the implementation of new ServiceNow modules
- →Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and modules
- →Handle minor evolutions and incident resolution
- →Participate in the automation of recurring tasks
Requirements
- ✓Experience with ServiceNow platform
- ✓Proficiency in Workflow Designer, Flow Designer, JavaScript, and Data Querying
- ✓Knowledge of ITSM, SPM, CSM, TPSM modules
- ✓Ability to contribute to version upgrades and implementation of new modules
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
