About the Role
We are seeking a Test Project Manager to join our team at The Test Centre (TCE). This role involves managing the full testing cycle across various projects, primarily within the Savings and Protection areas.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage a portfolio of test projects, including budget, planning, quality, and timelines.
- →Coordinate the full test lifecycle: scoping, test design, execution, and closure.
- →Organize workshops, define test strategies, and ensure complete and compliant documentation.
- →Identify risks, resource needs, and follow up on project deliverables.
- →Lead and support test teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- →Produce reports, monitor defects, and support Go/No-Go decisions.
- →Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and testing practices.
- →Define the required test levels and types for each project.
- →Monitor planning, budgets, test results, and defects.
- →Ensure user participation and compliance with applicable standards.
- →Prepare final reports, improvement analysis, and update reference documentation.
- →Provide methodological support and manage teams across projects.
