Β
The Role
Β
As the Operations Associate at INFINIT you will own how we activate and onboard customers, you build the processes that make it repeatable, and you run them with precision. Through this, youβll develop a deep understanding of what defines a great partner. Youβll then feed those insights back into pre-sales, helping to capture and shape the highest-quality opportunitiesΒ ultimately owning and strengthening two of the most critical parts of our business.
What do we want to achieve together?
β’
You'll design the systems, document them properly, and use AI tools natively not as a novelty, but to do what most people would need a team for. Structure and rigour aren't things we'll teach you; they're things you already live by.
β’
You'll use SQL to query our operational data directly, understanding where customers drop off, how long each onboarding stage takes, and what early signals correlate with long-term retention. You won't wait for a data team to pull a report; you'll pull it yourself.
β’
You'll build and maintain dashboards that give the business real-time visibility into activation health, onboarding velocity, and conversion rates using tools like Metabase, Looker, or equivalent. If the metric doesn't exist yet, you'll define it.
β’
Alongside owning activation and onboarding end-to-end, you'll feed the central Growth team with what you're seeing on the ground. The patterns, the signals, the local insight that only someone running these processes day-to-day would catch.
β’
You don't need a background in FinTech. You need to be sharp, obsessively organised, and the kind of person who builds a process before something breaks. Not after.
What do you need to be successful in this role?
β’
Proven ability to build operational processes from scratch. You've taken something manual, mapped it, documented it, and made it repeatable. You don't just optimise existing workflows, you design new ones.
β’
Solid SQL skills. You're comfortable writing queries to explore datasets, diagnose funnel drop-off, build operational reports, and answer questions without needing a data analyst in the loop.
β’
Hands-on analytics experience. You've built dashboards and defined metrics that a team actually used to make decisions. You're comfortable in Metabase, Looker, Mode, or equivalent. Spreadsheets are a fallback, not a crutch.
β’
Exceptional intellectual horsepower. You pick up new domains fast, connect dots others miss, and thrive in ambiguity. A degree from a top university or equivalent proof you can learn anything quickly.
β’
High energy and self-direction. You don't wait for permission. You've thrived somewhere demanding β consulting, banking, a high-growth startup β and you're looking for more ownership, not less.
β’
Obsessive organisation and rigour. You build systems instinctively. Your processes are documented, your priorities are clear, and nothing falls through the cracks.
β’
Genuine curiosity about AI. Not someone who's read about it but someone who uses it daily, experiments constantly, and keeps finding new ways to work smarter.
β’
Comfort with data. You use it to make decisions, not to fill in reports.
