About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our team at Radiance, a future-forward digital design agency. This role focuses on leading visual execution while thinking systemically about brand, consistency, and scale.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead design execution across brand, web, decks, social, and paid media
- →Build and maintain scalable brand systems, style guides, and component libraries in Figma
- →Translate creative direction and strategy into polished, production-ready assets
- →Support web design with wireframes and layouts
- →Create internal Radiance marketing assets including case studies, decks, and visual narratives
- →Ensure consistency, quality, and organization of assets within The Source®
- →Participate in critiques, concept development, and collaborative reviews
- →Balance speed and craft—shipping excellent work without over-polish
Requirements
- ✓3–5+ years of professional design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)
- ✓Advanced Figma fluency (components, responsive systems, prototyping)
- ✓Strong foundation in typography, layout, color, and digital-first design
- ✓Ability to translate brand strategy into clean, compelling visual systems
- ✓Highly organized, deadline-driven, and proactive
- ✓Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally
- ✓Fluency with AI-assisted design workflows (Midjourney or similar)
