About the Role
We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer to join Inflection AI, where you will own platforms, systems, and user-facing experiences that bring conversational AI to life at scale. You will work across the stack, from designing backend services to building frontend applications.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and implement scalable backend systems and APIs for production LLM experiences
- →Architect high-availability infrastructure for real-time inference and conversation pipelines
- →Build distributed systems for AI-driven features and external integrations
- →Develop performant web applications for conversational AI experiences
- →Integrate frontend applications with complex backend APIs
- →Develop internal platforms to improve engineering productivity
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- ✓Strong hands-on experience in both backend and frontend development
- ✓Proven experience designing and scaling backend systems
- ✓Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks
- ✓Experience building complex frontend applications
- ✓Experience integrating AI/LLM systems into production applications
- ✓Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and workflow tooling
- ✓Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
