About the Role
We are looking for an elite AI engineer to join our team building the world's first viral agent for influencer marketing. This role involves full ownership of the AI lifecycle from raw data ingestion to autonomous agent decisions in production.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build scalable data pipelines for unstructured video and audio data
- →Design and implement AI agents with memory, planning, tool use, and execution loops
- →Develop systems that transform raw data into insights and autonomous actions
- →Own architecture decisions end-to-end from ingestion to production agents
- →Work with embeddings, multimodal models, and LLM-powered workflows
- →Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability in data-heavy systems
Requirements
- ✓Expert-level Python engineering with clean, modular, reusable code
- ✓Experience building scalable data pipelines for unstructured data
- ✓Strong understanding of video and sound processing including codecs and frame extraction
- ✓Hands-on experience building AI agents
- ✓Experience with embeddings, multimodal models, and LLM-powered workflows
- ✓Strong grasp of performance, scalability, and reliability in data systems
- ✓Comfortable owning architecture decisions end-to-end
- ✓Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and scalable compute setups
- ✓Full-stack AI generalist mindset with ability to thrive in ambiguity
- ✓Focus on shipping fast and real-world impact over academic perfection
