About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Experience Operations Coordinator to join our team at Informa Festivals. This role focuses on delivering customer service excellence across international events for the Fintech pillar.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide a first-class experience to attendees from initial contact onward
- →Travel to flagship Money20/20 USA event in Las Vegas every October
- →Manage badge collection desks onsite at events
- →Handle phone line, event inboxes, and live chat during working hours
- →Review pass applications and eligibility for special criteria pass types
- →Support department initiatives and projects
- →Create, maintain, and update pass registration records
- →Share weekly updates on customer sentiment and feedback
Requirements
- ✓Experience in customer service or event operations
- ✓Strong communication skills across multiple channels
- ✓Ability to travel to events in North America, Europe, and Asia
- ✓Proficiency with registration software systems
- ✓Detail-oriented approach to data processing
- ✓Ability to explain event pass types and benefits clearly
- ✓Availability to attend specific events on schedule
