About the Role
Taylor and Francis is seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist with potential for professional growth. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service competencies looking to advance their career.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take ownership of customer queries via phone, email, live chat, and in person through to resolution
- →Process orders, invoices, quotes, returns, and claims in a timely and accurate manner
- →Resolve product or service problems by clarifying issues and determining root causes
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts
- →Review customer self-help portals and suggest new content or amendments
- →Manage day-to-day business processes and liaise with other departments
- →Suggest amendments to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- →Maintain knowledge of department policies, processes, procedures, and systems
- →Provide support to team members and participate actively in meetings
- →Suggest improvement ideas and assist with their implementation
- →Use Salesforce to manage customer contacts and workflow
- →Use SAP/Salesforce to manage orders/invoicing
Requirements

- ✓Experience with order processing, invoicing, and claims management

- ✓Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
