About the Role
We are seeking a B2B sponsorship sales lead to drive partnership sales across Latin America, with a focus on Spanish-speaking markets. This individual contributor role will report to the Commercial Manager LATAM and own new business development.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and manage a regional pipeline of sponsorship and partnership opportunities
- →Drive outbound hunting through cold outreach, LinkedIn, networking, partners and associations
- →Lead consultative sales conversations with senior decision-makers and develop tailored proposals
- →Negotiate commercials, contracts and value-based packages
- →Develop account plans for key targets across multiple countries
- →Keep CRM, forecast and next steps fully updated
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in sponsorship or partnership development
- ✓Strong understanding of Latin American markets, especially Spanish-speaking regions
- ✓Experience with CRM systems and sales forecasting
- ✓Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans
- ✓Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
