About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation and AI Engineer to join our Operational Excellence team. This role is critical in driving efficiency and productivity savings across the organization by designing, developing, and implementing advanced automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions, including robotic process automation (RPA) and workflow optimization, to drive efficiency and productivity savings.
- →Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks and reusable components to streamline implementation and maximize ROI.
- →Collaborate with Lean Project Managers and Business Analysts to analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design end-to-end automated solutions that align with Operational Excellence goals.
- →Document all automation solutions in Nintex Process Manager, ensuring clear, accurate, and up-to-date process documentation.
- →Utilize industry-leading automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) to build and deploy solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- →Design and implement AI and machine learning models to enhance automation capabilities, such as intelligent decision-making, predictive analytics, and natural language processing (NLP).
- →Continuously monitor the performance of AI models and automation systems, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
- →Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and team members within the Operational Excellence team.
Requirements
- ✓Deep understanding of automation frameworks and AI technologies.
- ✓Experience with tools such as N8N, Power Platform, Nintex Automation Cloud, and UI Path.
- ✓Strong focus on achieving tangible business outcomes.
- ✓Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) and workflow optimization.
- ✓Knowledge of machine learning and natural language processing.
- ✓Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align automation and AI initiatives with business goals.
