About the Role We are looking for a skilled Flutter Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to join our on-site development team. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to build modern, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications for both iOS and Android.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. Implement pixel-perfect UI based on design specifications. Integrate REST APIs, third-party libraries, and backend services. Troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance. Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code. Participate in code reviews, discussions, and team ceremonies. Stay updated on Flutter trends and mobile development best practices.
Requirements: 2–3 years of professional experience with Flutter & Dart. Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, MVC, MVVM, etc.). Experience with state management tools such as Bloc, Provider, or Riverpod. Solid experience consuming RESTful APIs and handling JSON data. Familiarity with local databases (Hive, Sqflite, SharedPreferences). Experience with Git, CI/CD, and app deployment processes. Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive layouts. Ability to write testable, efficient, and clean code.
Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Messaging). Understanding of native iOS/Android development concepts. Experience handling push notifications, deep linking, and background tasks. Familiarity with analytics tools and performance monitoring. Experience with modular or scalable architecture.
