About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive the growth of our vibrant community and execute our digital marketing campaigns. This role will work in a fast-paced environment alongside talented team members passionate about Web3 innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive user growth, engagement, and conversion across social media platforms (Twitter, Discord, Telegram)
- →Monitor social media platforms for industry trends and developments
- →Track user interests and feedback to generate demand
- →Produce engaging, performance-driven social media content
- →Recruit and manage relationships with KOLs and influencers
- →Plan and coordinate Web3 marketing campaigns
- →Foster an engaging environment across online communities
- →Moderate discourse and provide customer support
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of growth marketing experience with a Web3/blockchain company
- ✓Experience designing conversion-oriented marketing campaigns
- ✓Track record of scaling user growth on Twitter, Discord, and Telegram
- ✓Ability to resolve user inquiries and disputes effectively
- ✓Familiarity with performance marketing and data analytics
- ✓Strong project management and communication skills
