Key Responsibilities
- →Work with clients to understand their system requirements
- →Communicate client needs to product development and provide business cases for enhancement requests
- →Maintain accountability for assigned functional tracks and deliverables
- →Assist QA and Support teams in understanding client needs
- →Create and maintain deliverables within assigned areas
- →Participate in product testing before client release
- →Help triage escalated system defects and provide clarification
- →Integrate into the full client lifecycle including RFP, demos, project kick-off, implementation, go-live, and optimizations
- →Collaborate with Product Managers on product and knowledge sharing
- →Provide support during implementation and post-go-live phases
- →Support SMEs for client training initiatives
- →Document and maintain requirements and configuration design documents
- →Build and configure systems based on design
- →Ensure configuration meets requirements and functions as expected
- →Maintain industry expertise
- →Provide support for internal training events
- →Adhere to Inovalon’s policies, procedures, and mission statement
- →Comply with all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 4 years of experience as a software business analyst
- ✓Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare/specialty pharmacy environment
- ✓Familiarity with healthcare/pharmacy system designs and concepts
- ✓Excellent communication, organizational, and observational skills
- ✓Proficient problem-solving skills with good judgment and decision-making
- ✓Goal-oriented and focused approach
- ✓Ability to work well as a team member
- ✓Proficiency in SQL and Crystal Reports
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in a related area of Healthcare and IT preferred
- ✓Physical Demands
- ✓Sedentary work involving sitting for long periods
- ✓Occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds
- ✓Travel less than 5% locally, typically for training purposes
