Salary Range

Key Responsibilities
- →Lead business analysis efforts, gathering requirements and managing product backlog
- →Collaborate with operations teams to document, analyze, and improve operational processes
- →Analyze systems, define operational problems, and model recommended enhancements
- →Develop data and project requirements using statistical tests and data analysis
- →Lead monthly User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and release demos
- →Assist in production release management, including developing release notes and help desk articles
- →Lead onboarding activities for new Business Analysts
- →Develop road maps and business strategy for assigned products
- →Serve as a resource for operational process improvement
- →Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies and HIPAA requirements
Requirements
- ✓Minimum seven years’ experience as a business analyst or related role with exposure to commercial software products
- ✓Extensive experience documenting requirements for commercial cloud-based software within the B2B channel
- ✓Experience with software-as-a-service (SAAS) distribution models
- ✓Extensive experience documenting processes in tools such as Microsoft Visio
- ✓Experience working with business stakeholders to define application strategies and roadmaps
- ✓Agile/SCRUM and Full SDLC experience
- ✓Strong business acumen with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ✓High level of honesty, respect, dependability, and flexibility
- ✓Experience in fast-paced and rapidly growing environments
- ✓Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple analysis and requirement elicitation projects
- ✓Process oriented with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- ✓Ability to gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
