About the Role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Customer Experience and Engagement team at Inovalon. This role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction and providing value to our healthcare customers through data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

→Conduct regular reviews of process adoption for Workforce Management Solution
→Deliver effective Quarterly Business Reviews to drive customer engagement
→Partner with Sales organization to support RFPs and product strategy sessions
→Foster strong client relationships and develop customer loyalty
→Contribute to Voice of the Customer strategic initiatives
→Handle escalated issues from other team members

Requirements

✓Minimum five years' experience in a SaaS healthcare account management environment
✓Track record of delivering exceptional customer experience
✓Expertise in workforce solutions and account reviews
✓Strong communication and project management skills
✓Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
