About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Provider business unit at Inovalon. This role focuses on managing advanced analytics within our product portfolio, working with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Be the trusted thought leader for your product area, representing the voice of the market and customers
- →Build and maintain product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver unified product plans
- →Develop and implement commercialization and launch plans for products
- →Evangelize product vision and define strategies for positioning, pricing, and market launches
- →Drive complex product priorities in a fast-paced environment with multiple dependencies
- →Translate product strategy into requirements and prototypes, working with architects and developers
- →Perform validation and user acceptance testing, ensuring accuracy of feature deliverables
- →Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure successful sprint delivery
- →Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures, and mission statement
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 8 years of Software Product Management experience managing platform or integration products
- ✓Minimum of 5 years of healthcare information technology experience with a focus on partner integration products
- ✓Experience with Pragmatic Marketing or certification in Pragmatic Marketing
- ✓Proven ability to perform strategically and execute operationally
- ✓Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams from product concept to reference customers
- ✓Proven track record of creating and launching new products
- ✓Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Agile development methodologies
- ✓SaaS or cloud software experience
- ✓Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
- ✓Self-motivated with strong organizational/prioritization skills and ability to multi-task
- ✓Excellent written and oral presentation skills
- ✓BA/BS Degree
