We are looking for an adaptable full-cycle recruiter to join our team at Inovalon. This role focuses on solving real problems in healthcare data and analytics that impact millions of lives. As a talent advisor, you'll have the autonomy to make strategic decisions and shape the future of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Research, identify and develop relationships with prospective technology and engineering candidates
- →Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and the HR team
- →Act as a technical talent advisor to technology leadership
- →Manage requisition activity and share data-centric updates
- →Utilize various talent generation sources
- →Identify and implement new methods for sourcing candidates
- →Manage the interview process
- →Recommend process improvements for staffing strategy
- →Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies and procedures
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience
- ✓Minimum of 3 years of technical recruitment experience
- ✓Advanced knowledge sourcing and leveraging AI
- ✓Deep understanding of technical stacks, languages, and frameworks
- ✓Strong business acumen
- ✓Proven experience with talent acquisition process
- ✓Excellent written communication skills
- ✓Experience using a web-based Applicant Tracking System
- ✓Demonstrated ability to hit key hiring metrics
- ✓Proficient in MS Office Products
- ✓Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
- ✓Able to adapt to competing time-sensitive demands
- ✓Education
- ✓High School diploma or equivalent required
- ✓Bachelor’s Degree preferred
