We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer

Inovativex is looking for a creative and reliable Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role focuses on daily design execution, brand consistency, and marketing creatives for both Inovativex and our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing • Design social media posts and carousel creatives for clients and Inovativex • Create hiring posts, testimonial designs, and day-to-day brand content • Develop brand guidelines, visual systems, and marketing assets for customers • Design logos and branding materials for new and existing projects • Build and maintain design portfolios and visual case studies • Create professional case study posts and client testimonial creatives • Ensure consistency across all designs and platforms • Work closely with marketing and management teams to deliver on requirements

What We’re Looking For • 1–3 years of hands-on experience as a Graphic Designer • Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator • Good understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding • Experience designing carousel posts and social media content • Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet daily deadlines • Attention to detail and willingness to improve based on feedback

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) • Experience with Figma or Canva • Basic understanding of branding strategy • Video or motion design skills
