About the Role:
We are looking for a SAP FTM Product Manager β an experienced leader in the Finance-to-Manage area, who will take on the role of Product/Solution Owner for SAP FI within the Global SAP S/4HANA Programme. You will be responsible for solution architecture, overseeing implementations, and ensuring the quality of SAP FI products across the entire InPost Group.
 
Responsibilities:
β’ Acting as the FI workstream lead in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects β from solution design, through configuration and testing, to deployment across multiple markets.
β’ Leading functional workshops (Explore phase), supporting key stakeholder decisions, and defining end-to-end Finance-to-Manage processes within the global template.
β’ Designing complex solutions in the FI area, creating high-quality documentation, and ensuring compliance with SAP best practices and project architecture.
β’ Coordinating and mentoring FI team consultants β ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery of all workstream deliverables.
β’ Managing integrations with MM/SD/PP/SAC/CO areas and collaborating with architects on the overall solution design.
β’ Working with development teams to define WRICEF objects and validate extensions, Fiori apps, reports, and BTP-based solutions.
β’ Supporting planning and execution of testing (SIT/UAT), data migration, cutover strategy, and post go-live stabilization (hypercare).
β’ Building relationships with business stakeholders through proactive advisory and continuous process improvement.
