About the Role
We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join Insider One, a leading platform for marketing and customer engagement teams. This role involves strategic leadership in content creation and team management to drive brand awareness and demand generation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and execute a cohesive global content strategy that bridges brand awareness and demand generation.
- →Architect an integrated content roadmap supporting organic growth, paid media, events, and social.
- →Act as the ultimate champion for the Insider brand across our global footprint.
- →Lead, mentor, and scale a team of specialists and freelancers.
- →Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and Sales to map content to the buyer’s journey.
- →Oversee a diverse portfolio of high-impact content assets.
- →Execute a "Voice of the Expert" strategy to transform leadership into industry thought leaders.
- →Use SEO insights and performance analytics to refine strategy and prove ROI.
- →Translate complex technology into compelling, human-centric stories.
- →Manage the content budget and end-to-end production lifecycle.
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of experience in Content Marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- ✓Experience within the MarTech or B2B SaaS industry preferred.
- ✓History of managing and scaling high-performing content teams.
- ✓Ability to work as a peer to senior leaders and stakeholders.
- ✓Exceptional skills in crafting compelling narratives across diverse formats.
- ✓Passion for Customer Experience (CX) and the intersection of AI and Marketing Technology.
- ✓Deep understanding of SEO strategies and content alignment with search intent.
- ✓Well-versed in content performance analytics.
- ✓Elite project management skills for multiple global campaigns.
- ✓Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with flexibility for global collaboration.
- ✓"Roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude with strategic and execution capabilities.
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or related field preferred.
