About the Role
We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join Insider One, a leading marketing and customer engagement platform. This role focuses on developing client relationships and generating new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop our client base and execute processes to generate new sales opportunities
- →Build relationships with prospects through outbound cold calls, emails, and social media
- →Personalize content for prospects to create human connections
- →Pass sales-qualified leads to account executives
- →Understand client needs and brainstorm with the team on generating interest in Insider One’s products
- →Participate in numerous training sessions to continuously learn
Requirements
- ✓New graduate with a degree from related fields (Inside Sales experience is a plus)
- ✓Good exposure to the e-commerce industry
- ✓Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- ✓Excellent oral and written communication skills (Spanish and English)
- ✓Strong phone presence and experience in making numerous calls daily
- ✓Creativity in researching markets, identifying key players, and generating leads
- ✓Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment
- ✓Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
- ✓Preferably have digital marketing-related experience in a customer-oriented position
