What You Will Do
β’ Act as a GTM subject matter expert on Revenue Operations and Deal Desk processes, best practices, and systems.
β’ Assist the Sales Team in building non-standard or complex order forms and provide ad-hoc pricing guidance when required.
β’ Educate the Sales Team and train new Sales hires on Deal Desk operations to ensure that best practices, approvals, and procedures are properly followed and well documented.
β’ Review all deals to ensure that contract terms, billing information, and pricing are accurate and aligned with the data inside the CRM.
β’ Proactively evolve and improve processes, tools, and automation to increase the effectiveness of the Deal Desk.
β’ Partner with cross-functional departments to learn and identify business needs and help facilitate the end-to-end deal process (e.g., deal structuring, approvals, and order management).
What You Will Need
β’ Have a Bachelorβs Degree.
β’ Have internship experience in Revenue Operations, Business Insights & Analytics, or Finance.
β’ Have expert knowledge in one or more functional areas such as Enterprise Planning, Sales Productivity and Readiness, Sales Enablement, and Revenue Operations.
β’ Have extensive knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel.
β’ Have familiarity with Salesforce.
β’ Have the ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations.
β’ Have the demonstrated ability to implement sales processes, procedures, and policies.
β’ Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Have excellent cross-group collaboration skills.
β’ Are highly organized, have multitasking skills, and have the ability to operate in ambiguous environments.
