About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Cycle Account Executive to join Insight Assurance, a global audit firm specializing in cybersecurity and compliance services. This role involves developing and maintaining client relationships while ensuring satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and maintain relationships with clients
→Manage and grow existing accounts
→Identify and pursue new business opportunities
→Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent service delivery
→Maintain professional knowledge through educational workshops and publications
→Meet or exceed sales targets
→Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
→Understand clients' business objectives and provide expert guidance
→Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review progress
→Identify needs for additional services
→Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
→Proactively identify and address client concerns
→Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling
→Provide timely and accurate reports on account performance and ROI
→Collaborate with the Go-to-Market team to identify new business opportunities

Requirements

✓3+ years of experience as an account executive, client success, or account management
✓Excellent communication and presentation skills
✓Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
✓Ability to show value in service solutions to clients
✓Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✓Experience in B2B, preferably in SMB and Mid-Market
✓Entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, and autonomy
✓Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
✓Experience with SaaS products and services is a plus
✓Experience with compliance automation software is a plus
✓Knowledge of common compliance frameworks is a plus
✓Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools is preferred
✓Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus
