About the Role
Instacart is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to support FoodStorm’s Order Management software platform. This role involves full-stack software and database development to build and enhance product functionality, directly impacting customers' experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify, diagnose, and resolve bugs/issues in collaboration with the support team
- →Develop full stack software and database enhancements to introduce new product functionality
- →Maintain standards for security, code integrity, and system documentation
- →Collaborate with Engineering Manager, Senior Engineers, and Product Managers to deliver software projects efficiently
- →Participate in continuous process improvement to enhance product quality
- →Engage in team rituals and product development processes
- →Participate in On-call support activities
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of proven experience in Web Application Development
- ✓4+ years of proficiency in Microsoft .NET and C#
- ✓4+ years of skilled experience in Microsoft SQL Server (SQL Azure preferred)
- ✓Familiarity with cloud-based services, ideally the Azure Platform
- ✓Experience with front-end frameworks including React
- ✓Experience writing and maintaining front and backend unit tests
- ✓Demonstrated capability in building security-centric software with a strong understanding of OWASP
- ✓Ability to work autonomously and be accountable for delivery
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with effective time management abilities
