About the Role
The Associate HR Business Partner is a cross-functional HR partner who provides operational, analytical, and programmatic support to the HRBP team. This role works across multiple business functions and regions, enabling HRBPs to focus on strategic priorities by ensuring consistent execution of core people processes, data integrity, and employee support.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with multiple HRBPs to support day-to-day people initiatives across functions
- →Prepare materials, analysis, and documentation for HRBP-led conversations and planning sessions
- →Track action items, risks, and follow-ups across HRBP portfolios
- →Support employee lifecycle activities including role changes, promotions, and offboarding
- →Assist with employee relations cases by gathering facts and documenting timelines
- →Support annual and quarterly HR processes such as performance cycles and workforce planning
- →Pull, analyze, and validate people data to support HRBP recommendations
- →Help drive consistency across HRBP practices by maintaining templates and playbooks
- →Partner closely with HR Shared Services, Talent, Total Rewards, and Legal
Requirements
- ✓2–4 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or HRBP support roles
- ✓Strong understanding of core HR processes and employee lifecycle
- ✓Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- ✓High attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-through skills
- ✓Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
