About the Role

Join Inter's Fraud Modeling team to develop predictive models for fraud prevention, contributing to the security and compliance of financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

→Create and implement machine learning models and algorithms for fraud detection
→Test and validate models to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
→Collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of transactional data to identify fraud patterns
→Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
→Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
→Monitor transactions and activities continuously to detect suspicious behaviors in real-time
→Adjust and optimize models and systems based on feedback and performance results

Requirements

✓Experience with Python programming
✓Knowledge in data analysis and statistics
✓Experience with developing or maintaining predictive models
✓Degree in quantitative fields (Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related)
✓Strong willingness to learn and evolve technically
✓Ability to work collaboratively in a team
✓Analytical thinking and ability to solve complex problems
